CAASPP:
CAASPP (Smarter Balanced) assessment will take place in the spring. Students in 3rd through 8th grades, along with 11th graders, will be tested in Mathematics and Language Arts. Your CT will let you know when you can sign up for morning and/or afternoon testing slots during that week. Your CT can discuss with you the length of time necessary for each student to complete all sections of the test. There will be NO ON-CAMPUS CLASSES during this testing week.

In addition, the California Science Test (CAST) assessments will take place in the spring. All students in 5th, 8th, and 12th grades should schedule a morning or afternoon time slot on one of these days. Selected 11th graders will also be asked to take the CAST. This is a computer-based assessment, and should take approximately 1-2 hours. On-campus classes will resume this week.
